The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Jr. Project Manager will drive and guide disciplined execution through the use of consistent methodologies, processes, and strong communication skills for the successful implementation of Arine products. You will be a passionate advocate for Arine and ensure the platform is implemented on time and with high quality to meet our clients’ business needs.
What You’ll be Doing:
Work with Arine Project Managers to support the management of one or more client implementations and implementations tasks simultaneously
Manage cross-functional internal teams to meet milestones and timelines outlined in the SOW, project charter, and work plan
Serve as key member to help escalate point for risks, issues, and decisions one or more implementations simultaneously
Maintain a deep understanding of Arine’s products and platform to inform key business requirements and decisions during implementations
Collaborate on communication plans and drive accountability for obtaining final approvals on client deliverables
Support key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices for implementation processes, workflows, and tools
Be accountable for successful on-time implementation deliveries and client satisfaction to meet both client and organizational goals
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
Minimum 1-2 years in healthcare management, delivery and/or consulting experience
1-3 years of project management and/or implementation experience
Experience at a SaaS, health-tech company, and/or start-up company
Experience documenting, coordinating, and communicating items through ticket management tools like Jira and other Atlassian product suites
Proven track record of strong client management and customer service skills
Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and engender trust across all levels of an organization
Strong business and technical acumen, and executive presence, combined with deep analytical and organizational skills
Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and attaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines
Confident, capable, enthusiastic self-starter with minimal need for direction
Experience with project management software and tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
Ability to work 40 hours/week for at least 6+ months

The posted range represents the expected hourly rate for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The hourly pay rate for this position is: $30-45/hour.

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:
All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.
