Job Overview

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating demand for Hubbell Wireless solutions with integrators, consultants, and end users.The territory covers the New England area including: Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusettes, also New York and New Jersey. The preferred location for an incumbent to reside is Jersey City, NJ.

A Day In The Life

Own Your Territory: Maximize time and resources to hit sales targets.

Customer Engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls with distributors, contractors, and end users.

Channel Enablement: Train distributor teams to sell wireless solutions.

Demand Generation: Create pull-through with Integrators and end users for Hubbell Wireless products.

Present & Persuade: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to decision-makers.

Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with distribution and key influencers.

Market Intelligence: Share insights on new products and competitive trends with leadership.

Resource Hub: Provide technical details, literature, and cross-reference support.

Leadership & Expertise: Exhibit strong selling skills, product knowledge, and time management.

Sales Collaboration: Cross train on Hubbell Premise Solutions to identify Premise opportunities for Hubbell Premise Wiring.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferably

3-5 years experience selling in the Wireless Industry

Experienced selling through distribution and direct sales.

Working remote

Proficient with Microsoft applications
