Our client is well-established in the hospitality/tourism industry near Darwin. With exciting new changes and expansive plans on the horizon, they seek a detailed-oriented person to run the financial and administrative aspects of the business. The role is a bookkeeping/administration management position, with many perks and challenges included.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Attending to the day-to-day financial operations within the Group (Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll)
Data entry and maintenance of the XERO ledger
Implement and support month-end and year-end procedures.
Administration and organization of building and tenancy records.
Liaising with stakeholders including owners, accountants, lawyers, and banks.
Qualifications & Experience
Can be qualified by experience but CA/CPA ideal but not essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HANDS-ON finance role
Experience in the Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel industry or Property Management well regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Advanced computer software experience, including Excel and XERO well regarded
Top six figure salary with the opportunity to live onsite (rent free) for the right candidate
