Lead and drive the performance of our Chinchilla branch in this exciting opportunity in the beautiful Western Down regions of Queensland known for its rich agricultural landscape.
About the opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager of our Central Division, the focus of your role will be to develop strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products and services. In addition, you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership to branch employees whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets
Mentoring the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm – primarily livestock and broadacre-focused customers
Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPI’s
Management of safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest of standards.
Our future team member will demonstrate strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products and will either have a background in livestock or in rural merchandise. In addition, you will be:
Self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations
Adept at developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders
Skilled in identifying opportunities to develop new business
Equipped with a full drivers’ licence. Forklift and truck licence are advantageous but not essential.
