C++ Software Engineer at Fisheye Software, Inc. 

FishEye Software is seeking skilled C++ Software Engineers to join our team working on an advanced defense capability project,pivotal in enhancing Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) by fostering seamless data-sharing among diverse naval platforms. This mission-critical system is a key player in countering the rapidly evolving threats posed by sophisticated adversaries in a joint environment.

As a member of our team, your role will be integral in the design, development, and testing of complex software and systems. Your contributions will go beyond programming; you will be involved in every stage of the software lifecycle, from architecture to integration.

The system you will contribute to is an innovative combination of hardware and software that facilitates the sharing of radar data on air targets among ships and aircraft. As a C++ Software Engineer, you will help refine and optimize these data processing algorithms, which lead to a harmonized display of information.

This position requires an active DOD Security Clearance.

Required Skills

• B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of C++ software development

• Experience operating within a Linux-based environment.

• Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and CI/CD

• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS)

• Experience in embedded programming

• Familiarity with Git, ClearCase, SVN, or similar

Desired Skills

• Windows, VxWorks, or similar

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP)

• Radar domain knowledge

• Model Based Engineering

• Object Oriented Analysis/Development

• Software systems modeling languages such as UML and SysML.
