Summary of Position

As a Content Assistant at RYNO Strategic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Under the guidance of the Content Manager, you’ll tackle a diverse array of tasks related to content creation, editing, and optimization. These tasks may change day-to-day depending on the needs of the team.


Position Responsibilities

  • Develop a proficient understanding of our SEO best practices and the home services industry 

  • Master all guidelines for RYNO content to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables

  • Edit and order content through our internal tools, ensuring adherence to standards and templates

  • Writing and editing engaging blog content that resonates with our target audience

  • Fulfill individual writing assignments as delegated, meeting set deadlines and quality benchmarks

  • Utilize WordPress to publish and optimize content

  • Execute basic SEO tasks such as internal linking and writing metadata to enhance content performance

  • Log time and expenditures accurately in SalesForce to facilitate efficient project management

  • Undertake additional SEO content-related duties as directed by the Content Manager

  • Other tasks as assigned by management


  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in written content creation, including writing, editing, and publishing

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a keen eye for detail

  • Familiarity with content marketing principles, copywriting techniques, and SEO best practices

  • Creativity is key! While technical proficiency is important, creativity is what sets outstanding content apart

  • The ability to quickly adapt to changes in project scope, client needs, or industry trends

  • Strong research abilities: Understanding industry trends, staying updated on best practices in content marketing and SEO, and the ability to research and write about technical topics

  • A customer-centric approach: Being able to understand the perspectives of both businesses and their audiences is essential

  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in crafting technical content, clearly outlined on your resume.

  • Advanced proficiency in technical writing, showcasing your ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • A natural affinity for collaboration
