Responsibilities and Duties:
Engage in lead generation and messaging strategies on our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
Respond to customer support emails and text messages.
Send onboarding documents to new customers and provide support to clients.
Offer valuable feedback to continuously improve our processes and effectively implement new ideas under the guidance of our leadership.
Served over 100,000 customers.
Featured in Self, Women’s Health, Insider, Elite Daily, Livestrong, and other notable publications.

High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Experience in customer service is a plus. General knowledge of fitness is also a bonus but not mandatory.
Must be able to quickly grasp and adapt to a specific communication style.
Must have flexible availability.
Must have reliable internet as this position is fully remote/work from home.
Hourly pay + commission (Starting at $20/hour)
