Customer Service Representative – Part-Time at Alfasigma

Brand Direct Health®, a subsidiary of Alfasigma USA, Inc. is seeking full-time, remote Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who will support Brand Direct Health’s patients by providing exceptional customer service through effective communication resulting in successful interactions with patients and prescribers. Candidates to live within the Dallas / Fort Worth Metro area for remote opportunity, after initial training period is successfully completed.

BDH is our mail order pharmacy operations responsible for delivering services and prescription products to our patients and healthcare providers through a convenient and customer service focused process.


  • Achieves daily inbound and outbound call requirement based on team’s expectation

  • Handles all calls in accordance with company standards – courteously and professionally

  • Establishes rapport and builds trust while assisting patients

  • Identifies patient’s needs quickly and accurately

  • Uses services and available resources to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction

  • Escalates issues as necessary

  • Meets all compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance


  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 – 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail or other customer centric experience (pharmacy technician is ideal)

  • Computer Literacy:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)

  • Must be able to navigate between multiple computer applications

  • Proficient typing skills

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

  • Evident work ethic; ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates a commitment to organizational values by displaying a professional and positive attitude

  • Demonstrates a drive to continually learn and possess the agility to overcome challenges

  • Collaborates with others and exhibits a strong sense of self-motivation

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus.

Candidates Must Be:

  • Available for training (2-4 weeks) which is a combination of in-person/onsite and virtual training Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

  • Available to work the following shifts:

  • Monday through Friday 10:30 am to 7 pm

  • Monday through Friday 12:30 pm to 9 pm

  • Saturday through Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm
