Your day-to-day tasks would involve helping our customers and prospects set up their apps, solve technical issues, and with any questions they might have. You would also provide feedback to our development team, cross-sell products and give an overall positive impression of Zipify Apps (it’s not hard — we’re great!).
Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
Excellent communicator who works well with others
Efficient and well organized
Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom
A fast typer and good with technology
Able to work nights and weekends
An understanding of ecommerce, web building, and Shopify is a big plus!
