Service: eCommerce/Business Support VA

Experience Level: Entry – Junior Level

Hours/Week: 20 hours 

Shift Time Zone: Central Time Zone

Shift Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Times: 10 AM – 2 PM (to be determined/discussed)

eCommerce Data Entry VA

• Excellent oral and written English communication and team member and vendor coordination skills

• Excellent email and office suite software skills (Google Sheets, Docs / Excel)

• Proficient data entry skills to update Shopify orders and statuses

• Ability to compare/contrast different prices from multiple sources to find the best price

• Problem solving skills and self-starter to come up with solutions

Application/ Software Required Knowledge

• Shopify

• MS Office – Excel/Word

• Google docs/sheets
