Marquee Brands is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join the Marquee Brands team. The Email Marketing Coordinator will work within the strategic partnerships division of the business and cross-functionally with our fashion and lifestyle brands.

Here’s what you will do here
Work with partnerships director to manage and maintain the email program using Klaviyo
Execute email campaigns from start to finish, including email and list build, QA, deployment, and reporting & analysis
Build emails within designated template using png, jpg, gif, and/or html elements; implement AB tests, personalization, and advanced features as needed
Identify and deploy emails to appropriate target audience while maintaining file health and engagement rates
QA emails for correct setup and mobile-friendliness, and be hyper aware of deliverability
Ensure the successful deployment of all emails per the email schedule; coordinate email campaigns with daily trigger/flow emails to maximize email reach
Provide email reporting and comparative analysis
Oversee daily trigger/flow emails and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns; enact approved recommendations
Manage customer segments and optimize based on subscriber attributes, behaviors, actions, and engagement levels
Support and drive email KPI’s through monitoring, analyzing, and reporting email performance metrics
Use project management software for daily tasks and status communications
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Email Coordinator and a true passion for email and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP) and design software for editing images and HTML content
Proficiency in marketing automation technology and familiarity with analytical tools
Advanced Beginner level in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in rest of Microsoft Office Suite
Self-organizing and extremely detail oriented with strong project management and time management skills
Metric-driven critical thinker with keen problem solving skills and ability to maintain deadlines
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Eager to work as part of a team
