Scenic West Design is seeking a Freelance UX Researcher to join our team and contribute to key client projects. We specialize in creating engaging, innovative experiences for B2B SaaS, EdTech, and E-commerce industries. While we are primarily a remote team, we also have an office in Chattanooga. Draft user research strategy and approach plans to drive client-stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
Create and validate user testing prompts as needed.
Collaborate with designers to create testable prototypes.
Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover valuable insights and inform design decisions.
Analyze user research findings and present them in clean, clear, client-ready presentations.
Translate user research findings into an actionable design backlog.
