Graphic Designer at The McShane Companies

The McShane Companies is seeking an experienced design and marketing professional to join our Rosemont, IL-based marketing team. Working in a collaborative team environment, Graphics Designer will design and provide support for business proposals, advertisements, collateral marketing materials, website maintenance, social media and presentations, as well as work on special projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of high-visibility, high-impact initiatives that will transform the delivery of marketing services for the company. This position reports to the VP, Marketing, and supports marketing initiatives for the three companies that comprise The McShane Companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, publications, banners, advertising, etc.

  • Lead video post-production 

  • Develop infographics for use in proposals and other marketing materials

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns

  • Create and populate templates for project sheets, firm overviews, and other collateral 

  • Assist with preparation of presentations

  • Assist with maintaining, editing, and designing company website

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Design with emphasis in graphic design or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns including design, production, and printing processes 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to handle conflicting demands, deadlines, and unforeseen circumstances

  • Proficiency in relevant computer software applications including the latest Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office

  • Experience communicating verbally and in writing with all employees and external customers at all levels of an organization

  • Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry experience preferred
