Overview:
We are a pre-launch company backed by Atomic VC building a novel fertility business aimed at helping Gen-Z women put time on their side. Our founders have built multiple businesses in the medical retail and biotech industries. We’ve raised a healthy Seed round and have the capital required to hire a team, launch our product, and invest in growth for many quarters in the future.
We are searching for educators, coaches and counselors that will enjoy creating fruitful relationships with Gen-Z women. As a coach, you’ll educate, assess, plan and prepare women for their fertility journey in a proactive way. Our service is tailored for women who may want a family someday, but not today. This is the ideal role for the right person – you are going to help launch one of the next big health tech concepts as the first coach, while working with our team of experts to define and execute our education, assessment and screening process in a holistic way.
As a Coach, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborative Goal Setting: Work closely with clients on a weekly basis, engaging through video and text messaging to set specific and achievable goals tailored to their fertility journey. These goals will be designed to support their long-term fertility objectives and overall reproductive wellness.

1:1 Video Support: Provide personalized support through 1:1 video calls to offer additional guidance and address specific concerns, ensuring clients receive individual attention during their fertility preparation process.
Feedback Loop and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish a strong feedback loop between clients, coaches, and cross-functional teams, such as Customer Support, Operations, and Product teams. Utilize this feedback to enhance the overall coaching experience for both clients and the internal coaching team.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in guiding and nurturing the fertility-focused communities associated with the program. Drive meaningful conversation topics and engage with members’ questions and comments to foster a supportive and informative community environment.
Innovative Thinking and Growth Mindset: Collaborate with different departments and teams to contribute innovative ideas that enhance the quality of the fertility education and counseling experience. Embrace a growth-oriented mindset to continuously improve and evolve the coaching approach.
