HR Coordinator at HR Partners – Adelaide

A global enterprise and leading servicing contractor within the energy service industry is currently seeking a motivated HR Coordinator. You will be working in the Adelaide office (CBD) with a talented HR team who are passionate about developing people and providing opportunities to learn and grow.

Duties will include:

  • Assist leaders with circulating recruitment approvals for signature.

  • Assist with posting of general advertisements.

  • Co-ordinating interviews and pre-employment medicals

  • Conduct reference checks and accreditation verification.

  • Assist with onboarding, issuing PPE clothing and mobilisation of new employees to site.

  • Induction of new office employees

  • Maintain employee records within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Employment Hero. * Assist leaders with ensuring job descriptions are up to date.

  • Arrange for delivery to site or office any IT equipment as required.

  • Responsibility to maintain the office environment and ensure office supplies are replaced as required
