A global enterprise and leading servicing contractor within the energy service industry is currently seeking a motivated HR Coordinator. You will be working in the Adelaide office (CBD) with a talented HR team who are passionate about developing people and providing opportunities to learn and grow.
Duties will include:
Assist leaders with circulating recruitment approvals for signature.
Assist with posting of general advertisements.
Co-ordinating interviews and pre-employment medicals
Conduct reference checks and accreditation verification.
Assist with onboarding, issuing PPE clothing and mobilisation of new employees to site.
Induction of new office employees
Maintain employee records within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Employment Hero. * Assist leaders with ensuring job descriptions are up to date.
Arrange for delivery to site or office any IT equipment as required.
Responsibility to maintain the office environment and ensure office supplies are replaced as required
