Diagnose and resolve tickets in JIRA Service Manager.
Maintain device inventory.
Manage Intune Mobile Device Management deployments.
Complete physical and license audits of hardware and software
Maintain Office 365 applications.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining software, operating systems, and related systems
Onboarding of new employees and ensuring their systems are operational.
Upgrade, maintain, perform migrations, and proactively monitor critical systems.
Additionally, you are responsible for any/ greater or lesser responsibilities as assigned by the manager or
other members of the team.
1-3 years of Helpdesk/Support role
Familiar with Confluence/JIRA is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft 365 suite
Basic troubleshooting skills
Effective communication skills and time management
Familiar with both Mac and PC. Linux experience is a plus
Required to work from the Irvine Office
Must be able to obtain security clearance
Knowledge of Networking technologies
Knowledge/Skills of Systems administration
$50 – $60 an hour
