Outside’s Ad Marketing department is looking for an energetic, fun, creative, and collaborative teammate to join our Creative Strategy team. This team is the tip of the spear for our strategic partnership efforts, working closely with Sales to ideate, create, develop, and pitch high-impact, dynamic, unique, and full-funnel advertising campaigns across the Outside Inc network. The Junior Creative Strategist will be key to our team’s success, assisting with proposal and campaign development, managing and maintaining materials, databases, and assets, brainstorming new and big picture ideas,
Have a broad understanding of the network of Outside Inc properties
Begin to master the full stable of digital, print, social, audio, video, tv, and event sponsorship offerings at Outside
Familiarize yourself with all Outside Sales Materials and assets
Identify and meet with sales/ad marketing teammates key to your success in this role
Become an expert on the catalog of advertising and sponsorship opportunities at Outside
Assist in leading vertical brand proposal and partnership brainstorms
Take ownership of pre-sales materials and shared drives
Manage and organize pre-sales team workflow through Asana and other project management tools
Support Creative Strategists when needed with pitch materials, including gathering imagery & audience research
Have established good working relationships with sales reps and other stakeholders in the sales process
Identify and execute optimizations and improvements for sales materials and operations
Come to the brainstorm table with new ideas, products, and executions for successful brand partnerships
Assist on network and non-endemic proposals
Become the lead strategist for all endemic proposals
Excellent creative writing and ideation abilities with strong presentation / communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities
Team-oriented and collaborative
General interest and passion for the outdoors and/or media landscape
Interested in keeping up to date on the evolving media and technology landscape
Proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Adobe Suite, Canva, Ceros, Asana and WordPress a plus

What We Offer:
Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $45,000 to $55,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.
Exposure to routine office noise.
Work hours are typically Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, however, unusual urgent situations may require the individual to work hours outside of business hours.
This position may have the option of flexible work schedule and or working remotely.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently sit, stand and walk. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
