The AU Payroll team brings this to life by providing exceptional service in processing our payroll and people transactions as well as the timely and accurate resolution of any payroll and people related queries. Working collaboratively with other Finance & Business Services teams, we inspire business confidence by working with our stakeholders to ensure the service we provide is not just about numbers but also provides the optimal balance between efficiency, control and accuracy.

About the Opportunity

As a Junior Payroll Officer – Associate in Finance Team, the top skills you will need to hit the ground running are:
Administering the Payroll ServiceNow case allocation / Chat function
Answering helpdesk queries from stakeholders (Business Finance, In-house Tax Team, other Finance teams etc.)
Ensuring compliance with legislation, company policy and data confidentiality regarding payroll data.
Building and generating reports and provide insights to senior stakeholders
