Reliable and detail-oriented. As a Maintenance Tech you will demonstrate your maintenance skills by taking care of the Owner homes and property. Diverse duties of install, troubleshooting, repair and maintain the homes, property and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for Owners and Guests.

What you will be doing:
Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the Owner homes, property and equipment
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Assist Owner and guests regarding the Homes and property
Insure Owner homes meet standards of quality by performing home inspections
Periodically perform light housekeeping and grounds maintenance
Ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service, handle owner concerns and react quickly
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience
Prior experience working in Hotel or Residential Property
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
