Holman is currently accepting resumes for the position of Maintenance Technician


Be the point person on all facility related problems in our Grapevine Texas facility. Completes all routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, furniture and furniture systems. Coordinates facilities work and inspections with contractors and/or appropriate local authorities. Inspects interior and exterior of facilities to identify potential problems and take corrective action. Orders building maintenance supplies. Attend/complete required training (including on-line) and department meetings Regular and predictable attendance. Occasional travel to our Fort Worth facility as needed.


  • Must have a strong mechanical background and have an intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, as well as carpentry.

  • Must be knowledgeable of fire safety and security systems, OSHA and ADA regulations and have the ability to identify unsafe facility conditions is required.

  • Must be able to use hand and power tools.

  • Must be knowledgeable in the operation of maintenance vehicles and lifts.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and vendors.

  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities, projects and tasks.

  • Must have basic knowledge of Cherwell, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
