Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including videography, blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
GRAPHIC DESIGN: Help to ensure branding is consistent across all channels. Create visual imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Assist in the layout and design of social media, advertisements, digital surfaces, and other marketing collateral.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Assist in the execution of new product launches and ensure the go-to-market strategy is highly organized and aligned with the Company goals. Ensure timely execution and coordination of multiple work streams.
MARKET RESEARCH: Implement research projects to understand better marketing competitive landscape and customer segmentation. Use findings to improve brand positioning and their accompanying value propositions.
Position Requirements
BA/BS degree; preferred focus in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
5+ years of marketing or advertising experience preferred.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker who can use data to inform all decisions.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong knowledge of social media channels.
Strong project management skills; Ability to demonstrate management of multiple projects with high degree of quality, organization, and on-time completion.
Great team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team at all levels of an organization.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other design and video editing software.
Some travel (approximately 10%) is required.
