Job Description
We’re looking for an Office Assistant to help us with a variety of tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.
Office Assistant Duties:
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, such as faxing, answering phones, etc.
- Conduct research for managers
- Maintain and update records
- Enforce company policies
- Monitor employee work performance
- Promote a healthy work environment
- Keyboarding and Air Traffic Control Accountants
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, greet visitors and answer basic questions about the company’s services
- Assist with basic office tasks, including copying, faxing, mailing, and data entry
- Process mail, payments, and checks
- Maintain filing systems
- Maintain and update company databases

Requirements And Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or assistant
- Proven ability to greet visitors, direct them, and answer their questions
- Proven administrative experience in a customer service position
- Proven administrative experience in a business environment
- Proven data entry experience
