Job Description

We’re looking for an Office Assistant to help us with a variety of tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.

 

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, such as faxing, answering phones, etc.
  • Conduct research for managers
  • Maintain and update records
  • Enforce company policies
  • Monitor employee work performance
  • Promote a healthy work environment
  • Keyboarding and Air Traffic Control Accountants

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones, greet visitors and answer basic questions about the company’s services
  • Assist with basic office tasks, including copying, faxing, mailing, and data entry
  • Process mail, payments, and checks
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Maintain and update company databases

Requirements And Skills:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or assistant
  • Proven ability to greet visitors, direct them, and answer their questions
  • Proven administrative experience in a customer service position
  • Proven administrative experience in a business environment
  • Proven data entry experience
