Product Marketing Manager, Milling at Straumann Group

We are seeking a high-performing, energetic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to help us achieve digital market leadership in one of the fastest growing fields in dentistry and drive top-line growth for North America. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Digital Solutions for North America. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Launch of new products in the digital solutions portfolio aligned with global HQ

  • Product lifecycle management and portfolio updates of existing digital portfolio

  • Collaborate with adjacent Marketing Managers on the team for digital solution alignment

  • Assist Marketing Director in developing commercial marketing strategies for North America

  • Create key messaging and engaging marketing and advertising collateral with marketing communications team

  • Research and analyze market data and competitive intelligence to communicate sales market opportunities

  • Drive the development of product promotions via omni channel approach

  • Assist with product sales analysis, forecasting, and pricing

  • Engage with marketing team and external suppliers to ensure proper execution of projects

  • Develop training materials for sales teams and customers

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure frictionless customer experience

  • Address product inquiries from sales team

  • Up to 10% travel: field work, talking to customers, trade shows, regional meetings, etc.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or other science-related field

  • 3+ years of marketing experience

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the dental, medical device, or bioscience industry

  • Product management experience

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in FDA and Health Canada processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Intermediate/ advanced MS Office skills

  • High level of organization and accountability

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive and learn in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
