Description:
Develops well-conceived and timely project plans that outline and map the overall project process and breaks critical focus areas that provide detailed, well-informed roadmaps and risk aversion planning.
Supports and incorporates ED&C Quality Management standards and processes.
Performs all project management duties for renovation, infrastructure and facilities related projects using mastery of domain knowledge and extensive business experience.
Renovating newly acquired structures to offices and laboratories.
Monitors design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with corporate standards and contractual agreements.
Establishes and maintains highly complex project budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates, as well as reviews purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
Develops, monitors, and maintains project schedules.
Projects with be in the tri-state area and internationally in Europe.
Top Skills Details:
Minimum of $25 million in Construction completed.
8+ years of Project Management Experience.
Experience working on Pharma labs and Office fit-outs.
Architecture or Construction Management experience.
Experience, knowledge, and a track record in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels both within and outside the company.
Ability to supervise people, including recruitment, training, performance management, and people development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Major Research Project, Green Field Design and Construction experience
Experience with vivarium construction
Work Environment:
If they are in the field, they do not need to report into the office
Field work will usually start around 7/730 and will end around 2:30
If they are in the office hours are 8-5
