Job Description

Receptionist at Cushman & Wakefield

Greet / Direct All Visitors

  • Manage front desk by providing building access (when required) and notifying the employees that client, vendor or job candidate has arrived by having them sign in on the Envoy system

  • Communicate with operations staff regarding their availability


Manage Phones

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls and relay messages

  • Communicate general company information

  • Communicate with operations staff

  • Handle calls with discretion per the request of the operations staff


PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; regularly operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines
