As the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:
… be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned region.
What you’ll do here:
Train, coach, evaluate, develop and implement the community’s sales plans by working directly with the Community Relations Manager, Executive Director and Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Be responsible for setting goals and objectives for the Community Relations Managers within the region and monitoring progress
Lead regional team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing
Analyze and monitor industry trends
Additional duties as assigned
We’d love to talk if:
You have a minimum of three years of sales and marketing leadership experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, home care or other customer service field
You have a Bachelor’s degree
You have experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
You can travel within the region
You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
You care about serving seniors
You have strong relationship building skills

Salary Range: $100000 – $115000 , Based on experience
