As the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:

… be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts within the assigned region.


What you’ll do here:

  • Train, coach, evaluate, develop and implement the community’s sales plans by working directly with the Community Relations Manager, Executive Director and Divisional Vice President of Sales and Marketing

  • Be responsible for setting goals and objectives for the Community Relations Managers within the region and monitoring progress

  • Lead regional team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing

  • Analyze and monitor industry trends

  • Additional duties as assigned


We’d love to talk if:

  • You have a minimum of three years of sales and marketing leadership experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, home care or other customer service field

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree

  • You have experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills

  • You can travel within the region

  • You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills

  • You care about serving seniors

  • You have strong relationship building skills

Salary Range: $100000 – $115000 , Based on experience
