We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant, joining our expanding Northern Territory team based in Darwin! You will be working as part of a knowledgeable and fun multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity for exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases and career progression. .

This is ideally a full time position however part time will be considered for the right candidate. 

The role involves:

  • Supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;

  • Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments;

  • Case management across various jurisdictions including NT WorkSafe, Life Insurance and private industry;

  • Liaising with health professionals, doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;

  • Working as a team to continuously improve service delivery and Return to Work/Function outcomes;

About you:

Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for! You’ll be curious and will continuously seek out ways to improve customer’s experiences and outcomes.

You will be qualified as a:

  • Registered Nurse (with AHPRA registration);

You’ll also need:

  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;

  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal;

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem-solving;

  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & a positive approach; and

  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
