Responsible for delivering value as part of embedded finance team, partnering with business to execute the management agenda. Establishing new process to interact across a diverse set of stakeholders, including but not limited to functional management teams, business unit finance teams, corporate finance teams and shared services organization. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control.
Support finance vice president to execute strategic agenda
Serve as day to day Finance lead for the leadership team across multiple functions (Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology)
Determine new and validating financial expense initiatives
Generate investment cases to align business agenda and financial expectations
Profile monthly business results and produce monthly forecasts
Lead our annual budgeting process and strategic planning.
Degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
5+ years of financial or accounting experience and demonstrated leadership skills
Executive presence and experience with communication to various leadership levels
Proven success in building effective business partnerships at multiple organizational levels
Strong analytic capability
Prior experience in business case development
Prior experience in core FP&A activities (performance analysis, forecast, budget)
Microsoft Office experience – must be intermediate to advanced level user with Excel
Financial Analysis experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
