SMM/Graphic Designer/Photo Editor VA

• Social Media Manager Tasks:

• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) across company social media platforms

• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer review

• Schedule and have the calendar of social media posts approved and implemented

• Basic WordPress website update (pictures, description update)

• Highly Accountable

Experience in Real Estate is nice to have

• Graphic Design/Photo Edit Tasks:

• Able to execute on a brief with little oversight, can cut content from scratch, reassemble iterations, and cutdowns swiftly.

• Proficiency in video editing software

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Experience creating marketing materials, understanding compositions, and safe zones for typical advertising channels.

• Complete fluency with editing software, such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Google Drive is ideal

• SOP for video and graphic design would be provided by the Client Highly Accountable

• Experience in Real Estate is nice to have
