We are currently seeking a part-time virtual assistant with experience in Squarespace, social media posting and scheduling, and preferably, Less Annoying CRM. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our clients. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities:
Creating, managing, and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Designing and scheduling social media posts
Maintaining Squarespace website(s)
Managing and updating client databases using Less Annoying CRM (if applicable)
Providing general administrative support (answering emails, scheduling appointments, etc.)
Communicating with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, or video conferencing
Maintaining client confidentiality and data security
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Squarespace and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience in designing and scheduling social media posts
Familiarity with Less Annoying CRM (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
Ability to work on PST is a BIG plus
This is a part-time position, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. If you are willing to work with multiple clients, you can quickly grow and become a full-time assistant.
