I am a 2014 High School graduate and prior to COVID-19, was pursuing a Networking Specialist degree at Georgia Northwestern Technical College. During my school career, I have learned the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I have the necessary skills to utilize Access as well. I hold certificates in PC Repair, Network Technician, as well as Computer Certified Technician Preparation.
Anything computer related has always been a hobby for me growing up, and although I was going to school for Networking, I have been working in the animal care industry for several years, as I've always had a huge passion for animals. While working with animals has been a great experience, unfortunately the working conditions, pay and work/life balance are not the greatest. I've made the decision to pursue a different career path.
I pride myself on being a team player and get along very well with others. I have demonstrated independence, leadership, superior work habits, and proficiency. I am detail oriented and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, as well as in a fast-paced environment.
