My name is Lourdes Vidale and thishas been my professional journey. I worked for 12 years in the HR sector withinthe banking industry in Argentina until Jul. 2022.

I specialized as a Recruiterfor both administrative and IT profiles. Then I worked in the Talent area, Ihave experience in Performance and Goal, Calibration processes and SuccessionProcess. Lastly, I was trained in People Analytics, and I created the KPI's forthe HR area.

I am interested in improvedprofessionally in Madrid, I consider that I am a person who easily adapts tochanges, who has the capacity for resolution and who constantly seekscontinuous improvement in all my projects.
