Job Title: Business Level Mandarin Speaker – Logistics – Regional Director

Pay range: $110,000 to $120,000/ year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to oversee daily logistics, delivery, and warehouse operations across regional markets. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and strategic thinking to ensure seamless last-mile execution, vendor management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be trained through a rotational system and supported by a team of specialized supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English; Need to communicate with team members in China.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, 3PL logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
