This position is responsible for all aspects of cash management functions. Responsible for ensuring designated daily cash processing, reconciliation and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner while in compliance with Company policy.
Essential Job Functions:
Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration and management and maintenance of current accounts for all business entities.
Monitor and analyze company’s daily cash position to fund cash commitments and coordinate
loan advances and paydowns.
Prepare daily cash reports for distribution to management.
Coordinate daily ACH/Wire/Check Payments and work closely with Accounts Payable team to
ensure payments are made timely.
Monitor all incoming and outgoing Wires and ACHs and report to appropriate departments.
Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies related to all banking activities.
Maintain current banking records and any legal documentation on all bank accounts.
Act as a Liaison with Company business entities in setting up new accounts, banking services,
and handle all banking inquiries and related matters.
Support finance, accounting, and credit on any Cash Management reporting matters.
Support Cash Management System and related applications.
Manage and provide reporting on all Intercompany Loans and Investment Activity.
Coordinate intercompany transfers and maintain account balances.
Provide Cash Management and reporting for Real Estate and Investment Entities.
Special projects as assigned.
Schedule & Location:
This Full-Time position is based in Taunton, MA working a hybrid model. Three days in the office and two days remotely.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of cash management/ treasury best practices.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
Proven working knowledge of banking processes.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education/Experience/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
2 years direct cash management, banking and other treasury activities required.
Knowledge of Bank of America Cash Pro preferred.
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
Physical Demands and Environment:
Work performed requires or no measurable physical exertion, may be required to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Work is performed in a normal office sitting with intermittent standing or sitting as determined by the incumbent
Work requires moderate concentration to effectively execute varied tasks with some level of complexity
Works in a normal office environment
Minimal potential for injury in the performance of duties
