Work Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, working 1:30 pm – 10 PM. Rotating weekend hours, working Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (with Fridays off). Hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to:
Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use.
Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems.
Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or GED
Preferred – Two-year Technical diploma
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two years of maintenance experience or formal training
Preferred – Two years of maintenance experience or formal training, in a healthcare setting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Valid driver’s license
