TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Systems Analyst I to join our Quality Assurance team in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Summary: Provides day-to-day technical support for toll systems operations including assisting support personnel on software, hardware related issue triage and resolution. Execution of daily, weekly, or monthly related system audits to ensure accuracy compliance and system stability. Deployment of toll system software maintenance related upgrades, facilitating system tuning parameters, and ensure post deployment issues are resolved given analytics and reporting. Assist Project support teams during installation and commissioning activities of Toll related systems.
Required Skills
Strong data analytics and auditing background
Strong SQL server administration skills
Reporting services administration skills
Disaster recovery knowledge for databases
.Net experience with trouble shooting SOA systems (WCF/WPF)
Linux/ windows Operating system experience with debugging toll system modules
Pearl scripting skills
Microsoft Active Directory
Driving is a requirement of this position
Desired Skills
Strong communication and reporting skills both verbal and electronic.
Ability to multitask with an emphasis on completing tasks on time with the up most accuracy.
Education
BS degree in relevant field is preferred.
