Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and reach out to companies that are hiring, build relationships with clients, and understand their recruitment needs.

• Candidate Sourcing: Search for potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing methods.

• Resume Screening & Editing: Review and filter resumes based on job requirements; edit and enhance resumes to improve candidates’ chances of getting shortlisted.

• Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and guide them through the hiring process.

• Client Coordination: Submit shortlisted candidates to companies and follow up on interview feedback and hiring decisions.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Passionate about recruitment and eager to grow with a startup.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• No prior experience required, but a background in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.

• Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
