I have my BSECE-COMP, MED/TL, and working on my Ed.D in Educational Leadership. I have over 20+ years of experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and childcare. I have spent at least half of my life on computers, fun fact about me: my grandfather was one of the first men to own a computer from NASA. He helped land the first man on the moon. I excel in most online software, especially Microsoft, and I am a kinesthetic learner.
