We are seeking a dynamic architect to collaborate with firm Principals and specialized planners in generating innovative and functional building configurations. This role involves integrating current best practices in the industry to create buildings that meet clients’ needs and reflect their desired image, space, and aesthetic.

**Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with Principals and planners to develop programmatic relationships that enhance utility and design innovation.

– Design buildings that align with clients’ needs and aesthetic preferences.

– Assist clients in understanding relevant design issues.

– Develop building designs by ensuring compliance with codes and addressing emerging issues.

– Articulate design principles to guide the detailing phase of projects.

– Supervise critical design details and lead design concept presentations.

**Skills:**

– Proficiency in Revit

– Strong design skills

– Experience with schematic design and design development

– Architectural expertise

**Additional Qualifications:**

– Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Engineering

– Experience preparing construction documents for large, technically sophisticated projects
