An Architecture and Design firm located in River North is looking to add a Job Captain/Architect to their team!
Job Description:
Will be responsible for running small-mid scale educational projects, interior renovations or new construction buildings
Responsibilities could include developing designs, sketches, and 3D renders, producing construction documents, researching building codes, communicating to clients and consultants, and taking site visits when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in Architecture
8+ years of experience working in an architecture firm
Experience overseeing small scale commercial projects, being the point person with clients, and handling design/technical tasks
Commercial experience is preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD
Compensation:$57.69
