The Credentialing Support Analyst (CSA) is responsible for the enrollment materials and management. They will be responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of demographic information as well as accounting for changes to enrollment data. This position is entry-level with pay starting at $15.00/hour.
This is a remote opportunity but you MUST live in one of the following states to be considered: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MD, MO, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, UT, TN, WI, Wash DC, VA
Must have a dedicated space to work in a quiet, calm environment with little to no distractions.
Provider healthcare enrollment materials management
Call center requests and triage
Data entry of provider demographic and enrollment data
Document labeling, indexing, research, and routing
Process improvement analysis and projects
Follow all current training guidelines/procedures specified and utilize Advantage system “help links” as a first step when task/model questions arise
Should any monthly “Quality Audit” indicate further training needs, immediately rectify all performance-related issues.
Proficiency with using computers (keyboard, mouse actions), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Professionalism and courtesy when representing the company via phone or email
Successfully organize and prioritize tasks to ensure activities are completed on time.
Communicate, both written and verbal, with external parties representing the organization to collect information
Strict adherence to proprietary and confidential information
Detail-oriented and able to independently manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously to meet the organization’s business objectives.
High school graduate or equivalent
Some college, preferred
