Lab Technician II•
Your Day-to-Day:•
Operate manufacturing equipment•
Follow procedure to conduct daily operation and troubleshooting• Execute set up and quality checks for equipment
• Order tooling and supplies as needed
• Hands-on fabrication and assembly fixtures and equipment.
• Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of instrumentation and equipment controls.
•
Electronically document all records (PM’s, quality checks, machine conditions, etc.)•
Participate in daily meetings to review work tasks and daily performance• Conduct custom welding and machining operations.
Who You Are:As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:• Associate or bachelor’s degree in an Engineering curriculum.
•
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.•
Mechanical problem-solving skills.• Hands on fabrication experience.
• Experience operating manual mills and lathes.
• Familiar constructing piping assemblies using Swagelok and pipe fittings.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation (i.e. pressure, flow, temperature).
• Experience with basic wiring.
• Familiar with safe handling of bottled gasses.
• Crane and rigging operational experience.
• Fork truck operational experience

Strong organizational, planning skills, and attention to detail.•
Highly motivated, self-starter.•
Good judgment and the ability to prioritize a number of diverse tasks.•
Orientation towards achieving Customer Success and Quality.•
