Facilities Manager at Client Solution Architects

CSA+Capstone is seeking a Facilities Manager to support our Navy client located in Pensacola, FL.  The position will support Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees building and grounds maintenance.

  • Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.

  • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.

  • Manages and reviews service contracts.

  • Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.

  • Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.

  • Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.

  • Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.

  • Manages the Linnel Systems and provides ingress and egress access to the buildings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5 -10 years in related positions

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Problem-solving

  • Professionalism

  • DoD Secret Clearance
