As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Magnopus, you’ll be the guardian of seamless functionality, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. Join a team where your attention to detail and passion for precision will contribute to the success of projects that captivate audiences globally.
Work closely with Production, QA Leads, and fellow Testers to contribute to the execution of QA activities for Magnopus projects on various platforms.
Under supervision, actively participate in creating and running well-crafted end-to-end testing solutions, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive testing processes.
Provide crucial information to stakeholders in a timely manner, supporting effective communication within the team and learning to prioritize information based on project needs.
Take responsibility for testing, test case construction, and test suite runs, learning the fundamentals of QA activities under the guidance of the QA team.
Under the direction of QA Management or project leads, own assigned functional QA activities, including user stories, test cases, and engaging in hands-on testing.
With guidance from QA management/QA Lead, adapt QA approaches for different project management and development styles, contributing to consistent QA service delivery.
Assist in ensuring adherence to QA policies by collaborating with product teams and QA personnel, gaining exposure to maintaining a flexible yet rigorous approach to QA services.
Participate in enhancing existing QA processes, learning to contribute to the development and maintenance of up-to-date QA practices.
Basic understanding of QA activities, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an eagerness to contribute to the team’s success.
Ability to take direction and ownership of assigned tasks under supervision.
Adaptability to different project management and development styles.
Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to the improvement of QA processes.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in being an integral part of the development teams, actively participating in project lifecycles.
