JOB SUMMARY: Operate production equipment according to instructions to ensure proper operations and product output.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and monitor machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing. Inspect output for quality and accuracy.
Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and minor machine maintenance such as cleaning debris from machine, perform product and instrument checks, and complete standard equipment repairs and part replacement.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained clear and orderly in assigned area.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
ADDITIONAL:
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Basic math (addition and subtraction) required.
Must be able to stand for 12 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
Ability to work well with others in order to accomplish team objectives.
Must have high sense of urgency.
Work might require standing/sitting for extended periods of time.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
