Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at Comcast’s Texas Region as a Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving one of our top priorities: increasing Xfinity product market share within high-growth areas. As a key player, you will lead initiatives to effectively enhance the perception of the Xfinity brand and expand consideration within our growing footprint. This role requires a marketing expert with a creative, data-driven mindset, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to design and implement strategic marketing initiatives based on competitive insights, market trends and data analysis. Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive influence are crucial skills to ensure the successful achievement of market share growth.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with lines of business and segments (such as: Field Sales, Retail, Xfinity Communities, Indirect) to best leverage direct tactics to increase acquisition.

  • Assists in developing marketing strategies for high-growth areas that will motivate change in consideration towards Comcast and working cross functionally with Regional, Division and HQ partners to implement.

  • Contributes to the development of operating plans and budgets. Develops a process for tracking and analyzing marketing campaign(s) and program performance vs. expectations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Marketing Specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.

  • Work closely with cross functional partners and sales team(s) to strategically identify, plan and execute hyper-local partnerships, sponsorships, and events.

  • Utilizes data and insights to construct a coherent and compelling narrative to support vision and strategy.

  • Provides regular performance readouts.

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
