Description:
– Conduct or coordinate mechanical component and systems design services for packaging equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering and manufacturing standards.
– Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for mechanical components and systems, including BOMs, spares, flow charts, part drawings, assembly drawings, and schematics.
– Ensure alignment of all R&D projects, initiatives, and processes with organizational policies and objectives.
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills, high motivation, and adherence to target dates while working closely with the manager.
– Work with a high degree of creativity and latitude, applying engineering principles to design, prototype, test, evaluate, and implement new designs and inventions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Education equivalent to a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and specialized training.

• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective design communication.
• Proficient in using various precision measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDM
