Description:
In this role, the individual is working with new product development and mechanical engineering team. This is all electro-mechanical design work. This individual will work collaboratively on multi-disciplined technical, cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and qualify electro-mechanical products, for harsh environments from the point of ideation to full production launch. Interfacing with vendors regarding technical issues. They will be operating and ERP system (Epicor) to obtain information. Working to estimate product and project costs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Solidworks
Minimum of 1 year of GD&T experience (the meaning behind the symbols)
Minimum 3 years of working with sheet metal and weldments
Minimum 3 years working with OEM suppliers/off-road equipment (Konecranes, Wausau Equipment, CAT, Metso, Oshkosh Truck formers)
