Description:
•Responsible for payroll preparation and processing within the payroll accounting transaction cycle
•Responsible for garnishments, aca tracking and check writing
•This position must ensure that all agency policies and procedures are followed
•Payroll preparation and processing, including document maintenance and monthly account reconciliation
•Reviews bi-weekly payroll report verifying payroll accuracy, including payroll deductions
•Assist with completion of month end closing
•Assist with review of federal and state tax returns and W2s for accuracy and completeness
•Process payroll for 22oo biweekly, one other week a month is for bonuses

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or an Associates Degree with 3 years of payroll work experience exceeding 1,000 employees
