What you will do:

The CyberArk Returnship program is a paid 6-month program currently as a remote position for people who have had an extended break from the world of work and would like to reconnect with their career.

During the Returnship, you will refresh your existing skills and receive specialized learning and development and mentorship on our Project Coordinator role. As part of a peer group of fellow returners, we’ll make sure you have access to networks and the support you need to feel empowered to re-enter the workforce with confidence. Upon successful completion of the program, there will be an opportunity to apply for full-time employment.

Our customers are fortune 500 companies with a strong interest in securing their privileged credentials from inappropriate use. As a Project Coordinator you will be working directly with these customers, accompanying them during CyberArk projects. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the enterprise security space, a fast-growing market.

What you need to succeed:

• Act as primary point of contact for the client in all project phases. Facilitate internal and external communications.  Ensure thorough communications among all project stakeholders.

• Own the service delivery project activities from inception to completion, including but not limited to management of time, resources, cost, scope, risk, quality, change, and communication with stakeholders

• Execute, update, and monitor project plans and timelines until project closure

• Drive all project related escalations to satisfactory resolution

• Collaborate with Security Services management team to contribute to continuous improvements, development activities, and internal runbooks

• Engage with cross functional team members on processes and provide feedback on new initiatives

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

• 1+ year of experience coordinating multiple and concurrent projects with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in relevant roles such as service delivery operations, project management and/or coordination responsibilities

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and/or any other enterprise-level program/project management software

• Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships and high customer satisfaction. 

• Nice to have – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Nice to have – Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)®

• Nice to have – Knowledge of basic information technology and cyber security concepts

The salary range for this position is $30- $35.00/hr.
