Project Manager at Actalent

Seeking experienced PM with experience on $10-15M projects, and an experienced Senior PM on $25M+ projects in the Jacksonville office.

Job Description

• Create & maintain the client experience from preconstruction through warranty

• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and company

• Develop and maintain the construction project schedule

• Update and project job costs

•  Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings

•  Process change events & associated change orders

• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices

• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management

• Participate in site safety

• Review project quality

• Use procore

•  Oversee APMs

• PM needs $10M minimum project experience and senior PM needs $25M minimum project experience

• 5+ years experience for PM and 10+ years experience for senior PM of construction project management experience, preferably within their core project types (education, healthcare, municipal)

• Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices

• Strong presentation skills

•  All concrete builds, they don’t self-perform their work

About the company

Currently 60 employees in company HQ in Gainesville and has 3 people in Jax right now. PMs would report to supervisor in Gainesville office. No one travels, all local work.
